  • ★★★★★ - Definition of a damn good lawyer - Jay (March 14, 2018)

I wish there were more stars, I would absolutely give more. Diana and her staff are the epitome of professionalism, passion, concern and taking care of their clients from keeping them well informed, giving the best advice to fighting in court. Fighting by the way, I mean all bets are off, she fights with all she has to get her clients the best she can. I would recommend no other. Thank you again.

  • ★★★★★ - THE BEST !!!!!! - Jack (March 7, 2018)

Diana was referred to me from another firm because they were too busy to take my divorce case. What a blessing. It seemed like every time we were to meet at Diana's office or court I would have a serious case of anxiety, to no fault of hers. She always made me feel comfortable, reassured me and upon leaving I was always relieved. I remember at the end of one of my court appearances the...

I had a very difficult and unusual stipulation as part of my divorce decree. The divorce was several years ago. Ms Kidd and her staff willingly took on the challenges inherent to my case puzzled them out and brought it to a successful conclusion. Ms Kidd and her staff were very professional, competent, and outstanding communicators at all times. We are very grateful. I highly recommend!

Dear Diana:
You are some lawyer!  If anything is going to save my husband it was the work that you did.  (You have a gift) Before I came up to the Court House I was talking with my sponsor about how scared I was.  We talked about how no matter what my trust was in you. Thank you for your help, and thank your staff for listening to me. I am honored to have watched you at work.

Dear Ms. Kidd:

I am writing to let you know how very appreciative I am of the time and expertise you provided me yesterday with regards to my case.  I’d dealt previously with three lawyers since the start of my divorce case in 1999, and you provided me with more clarity and clear analysis in thirty minutes than the other three combined.

As we spoke, it became apparent to me once again how traumatizing in certain ways the last decade has been.  I also know my situation is far from unique, but as I said, there is also much to be thankful for.  I try to focus on that when I start to dwell on the sometimes negative aspects of things.

I only wish I could have utilized your services in the past and I will, without reserve, recommended you to anyone in the future as an attorney of high ability combined with compassion.

Although it’s strange to admit, I actually looked forward to seeing you, a *lawyer*, today.  Odd, I know.  However, I want you to know how your words of encouragement and praise have replayed in my mind over the past few years.  Because of who you are – someone to look up to – what you say means a lot to me.  Thank you for being who you are!

Dear Diana:

This letter is testimony to a job well done in a very professional manner.  Like most people in my position, I was overwhelmed, deeply concerned and scared all at the same time.  You entered the scene with the confidence of a commander.  I found your counsel to be true, just and fair.  Your staff has been very helpful and patient.  Emotions run raw when there is domestic unrest and I found your staff to be empathetic and comforting in a professional setting.

We did not have much chance to talk before and after my second court appearance.  At first this unnerved me as I wondered how this could possibly turn out well with so little time to communicate.  What I found not only surprised me, but deeply impressed me!  I made sure you had the details of my situation in writing, and then put it in the capable hands of your staff.  By the third appearance I was relaxed and confident that I would be represented in a manner that would protect my rights, yet not stomp on the rights of my wife and son.

That is the magic of what you do: you take a bad situation and guide it through a process that gives the best possible outcome.  Your understanding of the law is impressive.  I do not know how you do what you do, but I am glad that you represent my case.  I know that we are not out of the woods yet in this case, but I am confident in an acceptable outcome due to your expertise.  I want you to know that you have my deep gratitude.  Thank you for a job well done!

To Diana, Lisa, Rachel, Torie and Katherine:

I just wanted to take a minute to let all of you know just how grateful I am for everything that you are doing for me.  There are things that are not taught in a course at school, but rather a part of who we are as individuals.  I have learned so much about life in the short time that I have known all of you.  Through your understanding, support and patience, you have shown me that my greatest fears were not so bad after all.

As this new phase of my life begins, I will take the things that you have taught me and apply them each and every day.  The success I find, the goals I reach, the fulfillment I feel, will all be directly connected to each and every one of you.  I am a better mother to my boys, so the benefits of your support stretch across generations.  I am a better friend and coworker.  I am a better me.  Thank you sincerely.  If not for the dynamics of your team and your abilities to create a safe place for those in need such as myself, I would not be in this peaceful new life where my sons and I can heal, love and live.
